Training 

 Lack of training once a collaboration solution has been implemented often results in lack of usage and ultimately sabotages the success of a company’s collaboration solution. One of the most common reasons for organization not taking advantage of their existing collaboration tools is a result of no end user training. To ensure a successful implementation of collaboration as well as increased utilisation, training is a must. 


An overview of our training program: 

  • Poll end users to understand the lack of use of current systems
  • Build a training program to reignite interest in current systems
  • Encourage and award adoption
  • Promote platform “champions” and potential Centre of Excellence
  • Build training program around new solutions
  • Determine best method of delivery, face-to-face, webinars, and/or group sessions
  • Ensure training program is aligned to project deliverable and timeframe
  • Measure and report on training effectiveness
  • Build compulsory training into employee induction plan
