C2C Analysis a fast growing and impartial group of unified communications consultants has recently added to its group of consultants to include presence in Asia, Europe, North America, CALA and India.
C2C offers end users an impartial view of their Unified Communications (UC) options and helps to define UC strategies based on their years of experience in the industry.
“We have found that end users want guidance and advice from an impartial resource rather than the vendors or systems integrators”. By growing our base of consultants globally we are able to support our international clients that have offices and UC requirements worldwide.
We believe that our offering is unique and that end users can now get assistance to define their UC strategy which is invariably a multi vendor solution. Our service offers end users choice, which to date has been limited as vendors and integrators have typically lobbied for a single vendor solution.
Over the past two years of operations we have helped, vendors, systems integrators and end-users with their unified communications strategies, whilst we are impartial we extend our services to the vendor and integrator communities to help define their UC strategies and position them to serve the end-user community better.
UC is not as confusing as parts of the industry would like us all to believe, sadly as low as 8% of the end-users have actually engaged a resource to help define their UC rollouts. We feel that this is due to the lack of impartial resources that can honestly and accurately guide an end-user through the myriad of options and remove the industry hype and FUD.
The number of C2C analysts is growing and with a full compliment we intend to add to our growing resources of industry whitepapers and research which we make available to our end-users and subscribers.
C2C also runs the global Unified Communications forum, discussUC.com, here end-users, vendors and systems integrators can discuss the many facets of unified communications and help with deployment and interoperability issues. “discuss UC gives the community help and information from a global base of UC professionals said Eva Shafer” through this we are also able to extend our research through targeted polls and surveys.
These results help our analysts to gauge the real end user feelings towards many aspects of the industry whether it be product, service or vendor related.
C2C Analysis is a Microsoft approved industry analyst and a Cisco Certified Consultant. “ These accreditations are recognition of C2C’s impartiality and industry knowledge along with the information C2C provides the industry through whitepapers, discussUC and regular speaking engagements”.
