"C2C analysis provides UC consultancy services to help organisations define their UC business case and ROI analysis"

UC day 2010 was a huge success, with over 75 guests including CIOs from some of Australia's largest corporations.  There was plenty of discussions around Unified Communications and there was lots of card swapping and general networking.

Held at the exclusive Royal Melbourne Golf Course (rated the number 1 golf course in Australia), the inaugural event was well attended and everyone had a great day in perfect weather conditions.

Following the great day of golf everyone then moved to the dinner and conference component which brought golfers and non-golfers together for a keynote session and a panel discussion from some of the industry’s leaders.

Scott Donovan from the Tasmanian Government held the keynote address which provided compelling insight into the benefits of Unified Communications for government.  Tasmania Government is leading the way with UC, recently completing the business case for UC and now in the beginning stages of rolling out UC services out to all 10 agencies representing 30,000 employees.

This will be one of the largest deployments of UC in Australia and Scott’s experiences as the Director of UC Services made his presentation incredibly relevant to the audience.  It was interesting to hear about the overwhelming productivity gains and the progressive position that the government held when it comes to UC.
